Top keep rental costs to a minimum and to be fair to all our guests, we charge separately for electricity. The cost is 10 cents per Kwh, which for normal usage is about $25 to $35 per week.

Booking Process - online option

This is the most simple method. The complete booking and payment process is managed online and automatically. This facility is provided by VillaRenters, which is owned by Associated Newspapers, publishers of several major UK newspapers, including the Daily Mail. There is no extra charge for your use of this facilty.

Booking Process - manual option

Booking is a simple 3 stage process

  1. Check with our calendar or you can contact us for a full quote and confirm availability.
    Check availability.
  2. Complete the booking with our online form, confirm you agree to our Terms & Conditions, and pay the deposit either with PayPal or by posting a check.

  3. Pay final amount 10 weeks before arrival

Once final payment has been received we will fully confirm your booking and send all the details for your vacation, including check in process and contact details for the management agent.
